Case1: Relative Write Latency
测试步骤:
- Host发送Identify command (设置CNS=01h),获取Identify Controller data structure;
- 读取SSD支持的每个Power State的Power State Descriptor的RWL字段;
期望结果:
- 所有RWL(relative write latency)值小于SSD支持的Power Status数量;
Case 2: Relative Write Throughput
测试步骤:
- Host发送Identify command (设置CNS=01h),获取Identify Controller data structure;
- 读取SSD支持的每个Power State的Power State Descriptor的RWT字段;
期望结果:
- 所有RWT(relative write throughput)值小于SSD支持的Power Status数量;
Case3: Relative Read Latency
测试步骤:
- Host发送Identify command (设置CNS=01h),获取Identify Controller data structure;
- 读取SSD支持的每个Power State的Power State Descriptor的RRL字段;
期望结果:
- 所有RRL(relative read latency)值小于SSD支持的Power Status数量;
Case 4: Relative Read Throughput
测试步骤:
- Host发送Identify command (设置CNS=01h),获取Identify Controller data structure;
- 读取SSD支持的每个Power State的Power State Descriptor的RRT字段;
期望结果:
- 所有RRT(relative read throughput)值小于SSD支持的Power Status数量;
Case 5: Power Management
测试步骤:
- Host发送Set Feature Command,将SSD切换到所支持的不同的Power State;
- 每个Set Feature Command后,发送Get Feature Command获取SSD Power Management的设置情况;
期望结果:
- 针对所有命令,SSD正常返回CQ;
- 通过Get Feature Command返回的数据,判断SSD正确切换到相应的Power State;
